About Home Inspections
Whether you're buying, selling, building or staying in the property you own, a home inspection just makes good sense! Understanding the condition of the systems and components of a building are critical when it comes to purchase, repair and maintenance decisions.

A professional home inspector will provide an impartial third-party visual evaluation of the physical structure, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, roofing, interior and exterior.

Upon completion, you will receive a formal written home inspection report detailing the condition of each item inspected.

How Long Will the Home Inspection Take?
In most cases, the average home inspection takes approximately 3 hours depending on the size, condition and age of the property. A comprehensive home inspection report is provided after the home inspection within 24 hours

About the Crew
More than likely, when I show up for your inspection will be the first time we will meet face to face; so here is a bit about me:

My father ran a general construction / home improvement business all the while I was growing up.   I had a hammer & tape measure in my hand by the time I was walking.  I learned at a young age to "treat others the way you wish to be treated."  I hold these values dear to this day & apply them in everything I do.  I am extremely detail oriented, & have the experience needed to perform a top rate inspection.  Over 15 years experience in the home improvement business has given me great insight into the various components of all types of homes.  Rest assured, I will perform a detailed, thorough, quality inspection for you.
